How the process works

Partnering from start to finish

Step 1

You book an introductory call with the Partner team. Here you'll be assigned your Partner Development Manager (PDM), who will guide you through the rest of the journey.

You identify a Dynamics365 or Power Platform opportunity and introduce Cloud9 Insight's expert team via an email.

Step 3

We'll host a discovery call with the client to better understand their business and the unique needs they'll have for their solution.

Step 4

We host a requirements gathering session. This will help to define the scope of the project, and which CRM modules will best service your customer. Smaller projects might be better suited to our Lite range.

If the customer decides they would like to go ahead, our team of technical experts will then get to work. Once the project is delivered, you'll then receive your Implementation Margin and Licence Profit. (yay!)
