Our Client Success Team is made up of client success specialist who serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling issues as they arise from break-fix to ‘how do I’ tasks. A typical day in the CST involves responding to client emails and working through assigned cases. Throughout the day, team members have the opportunity to shadow more experienced colleagues, receive ongoing guidance from a mentor. They also spend time on self-directed training in preparation for Microsoft certification exams, continually building their technical knowledge and confidence in the role.
