Dynamics 365 Enterprise Project Scoping

All strategic projects commence with a scoping and requirements gathering session. Our goal is to capture overall scope expectations, agree a high-level roadmap and detailed requirements for a Phase 1 project. Cloud9 can support the client in identifying best practice processes and use of CRM. Cloud9 will provide a detailed write up of the project scope and requirements for review and sign off.

Subsequent Project Services

Following the requirements gathering, a detailed write-up, design and project plan will be shared and reviewed with the client. Suitable phasing is then discussed and a Phase 1 scope is agreed. This scope and related effort is then signed-off and delivered.
