Phase 1 of the system involved an implementation for Dynamics 365 through Fast Track.
Cloud9 implemented a D365 Cloud-based CRM Solution with a Sales focus and went live with a four week turnaround.
The project included configuration of Lead, Opportunity, Accounts and Contacts. There was a simplification of the sitemap and business flows. There was also a standard PowerMailChimp and Sharepoint integration.
Phase 2 is currently being planned for more in-depth marketing capabilities such as website tracking and scoring leads using a solution such as Click Dimensions or Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
