These automated workflows or ‘Flow Apps’ opens the door to unlimited automatons and integrations.
The most popular automatons and integrations are:
- Receive internal or send external notifications
- Create/amend records in Dynamics 365
- Track social media
- Enhance your customer journey and satisfaction
- Synchronise files
- Collect data from various sources
