Flow is a service that was designed by Microsoft to allow users with no coding experience to create automated workflows between over 140 different applications. These automated workflows or ‘Flow Apps’ opens the door to unlimited automatons and integrations.

The most popular automatons and integrations are:
  • Receive internal or send external notifications
  • Create/amend records in Dynamics 365
  • Track social media
  • Enhance your customer journey and satisfaction
  • Synchronise files
  • Collect data from various sources


These flows can be created from scratch or you can use one of the many ‘Flow Templates’. Here are some examples of Flow Templates that have already been created:
