LinkedIn integration, New UI, timeline control, Customer Service Hub… So many exciting features that promise us to make Dynamics even better!
Here’s an insight of the core capabilities Dynamics’ users will be enjoying very soon!

A new Unified Interface
The user interface has had a little makeover-making it more consistent across phone, tablet and web. Six main features are now provided to make it even easier to use:
- Uniform page structuring
- Uniform spacing and borders around containers
- Field controls styling
- Text wrapping fix
- Font standardization
- Theming capabilities.
The Activity Pane becomes the Timeline Control
Once you have the new Unified Interface, you can access the timeline control. This tool replaces the social/activity pane on the contact record and allows you to gather all activities in a single view. It also has the advantage to be particularly configurable.
The Customer Service Hub takes over from the Interactive Service Hub
To accompany the Interactive Service Hub, The Customer Service Hub is optimised for Tier One agents and will still sit alongside the web client.
Business Process Flow Enhancements
The V9 2017 update provides the capability to custom actions with user input start Microsoft Flows. By using Flow, your automation capabilities are significantly widened with over applications and even databases.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
With the LinkedIn navigator solutions for Sales, we can leverage existing LinkedIn functionality by viewing and synchronizing data for our Leads, Accounts, and Contacts. Furthermore, it offers quick access to company and contact data as well as being able to track inMails and messages.
Multi-Select Option Sets
Ability to multi-select in Forms, Editable Grids, Find or Search.
– Better editor for HTML emails and Knowledge Base articles with Designer, HTML and Preview tabs so you can check to see how it previews across different form factors.
–App Url suffixes can now be specified in the App designer and apps can be enabled for offline usage in the Dynamics 365 mobile app
– Provisioning enhancements for Mobile devices
– Integration of Microsoft Flows directly into the Dynamics 365 Unified Interface
– More robust offline mobile and quicker load times
– LiveAssist improvements
