2019 is a big year for Dynamics 365 as late last year Microsoft announced that they are releasing major updates every April and October from now on, meaning that users will have consistent updates at least twice a year.
The notes have just been released for the April 2019 updates and we’ve broken them down here to make sure you are aware of what is coming for Dynamics 365 in the next couple of months.
The April ’19 release is bringing together all Dynamics 365 users to the latest version and with it has bought new capabilities across Dynamics applications including:

Power Platform
Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and Common Data Service combine now to serve as a palette of tools in the new Power Platform. Together the tools integrate Dynamics 365 and Office 365 into your environment and empowers analysts to build improved reports, apps and workflows smoothly.
Digital Transformation
Digital Transformation is something we’re really excited about at Cloud9, so we’re thrilled at this release provides built-in connectivity across hundreds of business systems to deliver data-rich experiences.
