In an article for The Telegraph, Cloud9 CEO Carlene Jackson has discussed how she ensures her business has the infrastructure to combat its impacts.
“Organisations need to be more conscious of the financial challenges faced by employees. Women, in particular, are less likely to ask for pay rises, so I do reviews twice a year where I am transparent about how I measure the value of roles, and make sure everyone is paid well.”
