Job Description

Cloud9 are a growing and welcoming team. Due expansion we have created a new role to support our Marketing team. This role will report into our Digital Content Manager. The Role will provide support to both Cloud9 Insight and Cloud9 Connect with external stakeholders, research, mini projects, social media and other marketing and business projects. This role assumes no previous experience just ambition and appetite to learn new skills.

Training will be given in all aspects of the role, for the right candidate with aptitude for the role. In a world where many jobs are repetitive, this role will be varied and opportunity for responsibility. This role would particularly suit anyone interested in entrepreneurship and gaining general business and leadership skills. This role will incorporate the execution of both strategic projects as well as day to day marketing and other business activities to support business growth.

Partner Facing

This role requires a confident and highly organised forward planner with great attention to detail. You will need to be resourceful and have the ability to be focused to see every task through to completion in a timely manner. This is an office-based role within the Brighton office adjacent to Preston Park. The role will be varied, although longer term consideration will be given as the company grows for this role to be more exclusively focused on areas aligned with the individuals ambition. Elements of the role to engage with external partners so you will need to be a confident communicator. Likely you will enjoy writing and have initiative but at same time be confident to ask for help when you need it.

Highly Organised with ability to focus to see all tasks through to completion to high standard.
Many aspects of the role will be internally focused and require great organisational skills and attention to detail. The individual will also play a critical role in coordination of internal mini projects and research.

Who we are looking for.

Our ideal candidate will be one that works well with others and creative looking to build and enhance their experience in Marketing and Business.
You will likely have experience with interacting in a customer facing environment and be highly organised, be able to prioritise and manage own work. You will have great people skills as well as great communication skills. You will enjoy learning new skills and can work independently with own initiative to achieve agreed outcomes, but also confident to ask for help when needed. You will need to be a strong multi-tasker and not phased in a busy environment where there never seems to be enough hours in the day. This role may suit school leaver or graduate with some previous work experience.

Interview Process

First stage will be video teams call culture assessment interviews. This is then followed by a role-based assessment (written) followed by a competency-based interview with the CEO and Digital Content Manager.
