Job Description
Cloud9 are a growing and welcoming team, are looking to new members of the Client Success Team whose role it is to support clients beyond their initial Microsoft Dynamics Project with Cloud9 Insight. The roles have been created to support growth of the team and also due to career promotion within the team as this role provides an incredible platform for new team members to be considered for other client facing areas of the business such as sales, trainer or project consulting.

We support SME clients with the successful deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated portals. The role
The role is a client facing position which will require you to work very closely with clients and Cloud9 colleagues. You will be required to pass Microsoft Dynamics exams and support clients with issue resolution, minor configuration and ad hoc training.

Who we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 2 year’s hands on Microsoft IT support experience. Skills in Microsoft or CRM or ERP business applications are preferable. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great people skills as well as great communication skills. They will also enjoy learning new skills and can work independently to manage their own time and priorities. You will be expected to spend some personal time learning to ensure you
are continuously keeping up to date with new releases.

Interview Process
First stage will be video teams call culture assessment interviews. Following this a technical test will be set remotely and the final stage interview will be telephone competency based. Offers are typically made same day.
