Job Description
Cloud9 are a growing and welcoming team, are looking to new members of the Client Delivery Team whose role it is to support clients with their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. We are
recruiting for a number of experienced consultants to support growth of the business.

You will work closely with the delivery Director to ensure success of client projects to meet their project outcomes planned as well as overall success of clients businesses using Microsoft Dynamics

The role
The role is a client facing position which will require you to work very closely with clients and Cloud9 colleagues. You will be required to keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics exams to
ensure you keep up to date with new releases which will require some study in your own time. A key part of your role will be lead and facilitate clients requirement gathering workshops and write
up (which are held remotely during lock down), and work in collaboration with the extended project team to deliver the subsequent project. You will be expected to provide best practice
advice to clients on adopting CRM and aligning their processes to achieve business change planned. You will take a lead role on projects worked on to meet time and contractual commitments to ensure highest levels of client satisfaction with investments made. Beyond the project, all consultants are expected to support training needs of the clients. Who we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 2 year’s hands on Microsoft Dynamics experience and business management experience, or 4 years Dynamics Consulting
experience including experience with gathering requirements and estimating. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great people skills as well as great communication skills. They will also enjoy learning new skills and can work independently to manage their own time and priorities. You will need to be a strong multi-tasker as due to the fact that all clients worked with are SME’s you will be likely to work with a number of clients at any one time.

Interview Process
First stage will be video teams call culture assessment interviews. Following this a technical test will be set remotely. This is then followed by a Teams based mock requirements gathering session and competency based interview. Usually a final technical interview is undertaken with senior member of the delivery team. Offers are typically made within 24 hours. A number of hires are currently being made so offers are based on merit and are not competitive with other candidates.
