Last week, the invisibility cloak was lifted on Dynamics 365 with its ‘First Look’ conference taking place in Florida. Since July, the rumour mill has been spinning with ideas and intriguing information about ‘What’s Next?’ for Dynamics CRM as we know it.

But what does that mean for you?
Dynamics 365 will offer a complete business solution platform to house a host of useful and more importantly integrated applications. Reporting and Analytics
No business solution would be complete without great reporting and analytics. Dynamics 365 uses the existing Power BI reporting suite and even Cortana (Siri for iPhone-ers!) intelligence, to ensure your team can make timely decisions and enjoy better insights into your customers, to deliver the best service.
