Sales sits as one of the five applications that is currently inside of Dynamics 365.  Its main functions include qualifying leads, preparing quotes and managing your pipeline.

Dashboards are available pre- built in Sales, these can help you view your data in useful and clear ways. Reports on Sales goals, opportunity pipelines and open leads can all be inputted on your dashboard creating a unique view for each user. Leads contacts and customer records can be sorted, exported and edited through the Sales app. It also includes templates to export this information onto via Excel.
Sales also helps you along your way with the “sales process bar”, this allows users to see exactly what information is needed from Leads or Opportunities to progress them in their sales process. Tasks, phone calls and emails can also all be tracked against Leads, Opportunities and accounts to keep track of the client’s conversation. Target profit expectations can also be tracked when qualifying these forms by adding in expected revenue and actual revenue.

Services main functions in Dynamics 365 include: Ticketing, Cases and the service calendar. It also allows you to create queues, contracts and SLAs.

In the Service app you can view active cases that contain records. These service records include information such as how much service time the customer is entitled to, the details of the issue they are facing, other cases the customer may have open, time left to resolve etc. This is useful when tracking support time and resolutions for the solving of cases. You have the ability to manage these service cases in the Services app.
All information for these apps can be stored inside the ticket, they can also be escalated here and have someone else from your team assigned to the case.

Inside Field Service the user can schedule work orders, resources and manage field personnel. There are also options to perform skill resourcing and Matching.

Available resources can be organised and scheduled by any number of categories, including Skill set, geography or customer preference. Schedules can be managed in different views for each field member by dispatchers and with a mobile integration it can be used on the go and in the office in real time. Bar code scanning, and document saving capabilities allows everything to be stored in one view to aid customer and client interactions. Sales, Marketing and Supply chain data can all be viewed inside this application.

Office groups can be used to track the progress of tasks. Project service also includes analytics and integration so, at the end of a project the user can view margins, revenues and report off these.

Marketing provided by ClickDimensions, is a seamless tool that integrates with your Dynamics sitting beside your other applications. The integration uses your data within your CRM to perform website tracking,  creation of forms and surveys and allows your to build campaign automatons.
